Policy
Please contact Distinctive Fashions @ info@distinctivefashions.com to answer any questions since we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You may return any Damaged Item(s) for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us (by e-mail) within 48 hours of receipt your order if you find that there is a problem with your garment. This credit will be good for one year from the date we receive your merchandise.
Any merchandise that is damaged must be returned in its original shipping condition, original packaging and all tags must be attached. We will not accept any returned merchandise that has been worn, has smoke, perspiration, stains or perfume scent, etc. on them. Absolutely no store credits or exchanges will be made for any items that are not returned in its original condition. We recommend that you send your return using an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and all customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of any merchandise If we have authorized a return for exchange or store credit, it must be return within 48 hours from the date of delivery, unless other arrangements have been made. There will also be a 30% restocking fee deducted from your cost.
Please Note: If returned items are received by with damage that was not caused during the shipping process or were not due to manufacture’s defect, we reserve the right to deduct for dry cleaning or repairs, a percentage of what is due back to you in credit. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. Distinctive Fashions reserve the right to deny any exchange or store credit on any merchandise.
Due to the popularity of our merchandise, please allow 7-14 business days for you to receive your order (domestic only). Some items may take up to 18 working days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders generally take 4-7 business days to be processed and shipped out and in some cases it could take up to two weeks to process. Our merchandise comes from the manufacturer and depends upon when they process the orders. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS I WANT TO PURCHASE ARE IN STOCK?
All items on our website are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be in stock when placed. If item is not in stock when you place your order, you will be notified by email ASAP.
IF ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED, WHY ARE THERE CHARGES MADE ON MY CREDIT CARD?
When an order is placed your credit card is automatically authorized, meaning the funds are placed on hold, but are not withdrawn from your account until the order is guaranteed to be in stock. If an item is not in stock when order is placed we will release the authorization on your card, which means the funds on hold will settle back into your account. Normal settlement time is same business day or depending on your bank up to three business days
DO YOU ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR PERSONAL CHECKS?
We do not accept personal checks; however money orders or cashier's checks are accepted for payment. Please be advised that we will not order until funds are received.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Our prices are in US dollars, we do ship worldwide. After an order is placed for international customer, the actual total will be confirmed before the credit card is charged and the order is processed. Duty taxes are the customer responsibility.
CAN MY ORDER BE CANCEL AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
If you would like to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours. You are required to send an e-mail to info@distinctivefashions.com stating that you want to cancel your order. Orders are processed and can not be cancelled after 24 hours. If a delivery is refused by the customer a 25% restocking fee will be taken from your refund for refused packages.
WHAT IF I BUY AN ITEM AND IT IS THE WRONG SIZE?
ALL SALE ARE FINAL. Exchanges accepted for damaged merchandise only.
WHAT IS PRIORITY PROCESSING?
Priority Processing ensures that your order takes no more than 3-4 days to process and ship. Priority has nothing to do with the time in transit once the package is shipped; it depends on what shipping methods you chose during checkout. A $25.00 fee will be applied to your order.
Expedited shipping is 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Express doesn't count order processing time it only guarantees delivery after the order is shipped.
DO YOU HAVE CATALOGS?
We do not currently have a printed catalog to distribute. Our entire inventory is on our website. We do not print catalogs to keep our overhead as low as possible so that we can bring you the lowest price.
